HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BOOK YOU?
Each wedding is distinct, which is why we offer a range of package options to suit your specific requirements. For more information, please feel free to send us an email or fill out the contact form on our website. We'll be delighted to provide you with all the details you need.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
We require a 50% deposit to secure your wedding booking with us. Following that, the remaining 50% is due seven days before your wedding day!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FILMS?
The delivery time for your films varies based on the package you choose, typically ranging from 3 to 6 months. However, we also offer rush services if you need your films sooner for an upcoming event.
DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF TORONTO?
Yes, we are available to film worldwide! Our services are available for weddings and events at various locations, both within and outside the Toronto area. However, please keep in mind that a travel fee may apply for destinations outside of the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). If you have a specific location in mind, feel free to share the details, and we can provide you with more information regarding any associated travel costs. Note that accommodation may be required.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS ON OUR WEDDING DAY?
In case of rain on your wedding day, don't worry; we've had some of our most enchanting shoots in the rain! We're well-prepared and familiar with beautiful indoor and covered locations that offer abundant natural light. These settings are ideal for capturing stunning wedding moments, ensuring that your special day remains magical regardless of the weather conditions.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept e-transfers and cheques for payments.
WHAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS WITH MY VIDEOGRAPHER?
Rest assured, there's no room for "what if's"! However, though highly unlikely, in the event of an emergency, one of our equally skilled videographers will step in seamlessly. Your special day will continue to be beautifully documented without any hiccups.
